Privacy policy

This policy explains what the desk collects when you send an inquiry, what happens to it, and how to have it removed. It sits alongside the terms of use.

Scope

This policy covers information sent to Lissea through the quote form, by email, or over WhatsApp business lines, together with any follow-up correspondence about a program. It applies to business inquiries: brand owners, DTC operators, marketplace sellers, distributors, retail chains, sourcing agents and project buyers asking about sourcing, sampling or shipments. It does not cover a consumer shop, because the site sells to businesses and does not process consumer orders.

What we collect

An inquiry typically carries a name, a company name, the market the range is sold into, the product lines of interest, rough quantities, and the text of the brief itself - sizes, colors, certificate names, timing. If a conversation moves to sampling, delivery and document details such as a consignee address are added. Correspondence by email adds the email address and message thread; WhatsApp adds the business account handle. The desk asks only for what a plant would ask, and does not request consumer data, payment details or identity documents over these channels.

How inquiries are used

Inquiry information is used to answer the inquiry, prepare a realistic shortlist of partner plants, arrange samples, issue written quotations and coordinate inspection and shipment for an active program. Retained swatches, spec cards and inspection records reference the program so the next lot can be compared against the first. The desk does not sell inquiry information, does not rent lists, and does not send bulk promotional mailings; a buyer who asks to hear nothing further is left alone.

Sharing with partner plants and providers

Coordinating production means some details reach third parties, and the desk keeps that list short. A shortlisted plant receives what quoting and sampling require: the line, construction requirements, size run, color references and quantity ranges. Logistics providers receive what carting and clearing require. Plants and providers are engaged under confidentiality terms before briefs are forwarded, and are told to treat buyer names, artwork and program details as confidential. Where a buyer prefers that its name stay out of plant discussions, the desk quotes and samples under a stated project name until the contract stage.

Retention, security and deletion

Inquiry and program records are kept while a program is active and for the period the parties agree afterwards, since retained swatches, certificates and inspection records are only useful attached to their history. Access is limited to the desk staff handling the program. A buyer may ask at any time what is held, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion; the desk answers such requests at the address below and honors them subject to the records that a signed agreement or applicable bookkeeping rules genuinely require keeping, which the desk will name rather than gesture at.

Choices and contact

Channel choice is the buyer's: inquiries by email only, WhatsApp only, or both, are all workable, and preference stated at the start is followed. Questions about this policy, deletion requests, or a wish to see what a program file contains go to mark@fulveraglobal.com. Cookies and site analytics are described separately in the cookie policy, general site rules in the terms, and the desk it belongs to on the about page; the contact page lists every current route in one place.

Questions buyers ask

What information does the quote form collect?

The form asks for a name, company, market, product lines of interest, rough quantities per color and the brief text. No payment details or consumer data are requested at the inquiry stage.

Is my brief shared with factories?

Parts of it, only as far as quoting and sampling require, and only to plants engaged under confidentiality terms. A buyer can also have the program quoted under a project name so its brand stays out of plant discussions.

How long is inquiry data kept?

While the program is active and for the period agreed afterwards, because retained swatches and inspection records only make sense attached to their history. Deletion requests are honored except for records a signed agreement requires.

How do I request deletion?

Email mark@fulveraglobal.com with the program or company name. The desk confirms what is held, names anything that must be kept under the signed agreement, and deletes the rest.

Do you send marketing emails?

The desk does not send bulk promotional mailings. Program correspondence continues while a program is active, and a buyer who asks to hear nothing further is left alone.

Send the lines you need, target sizes, the quantity per color and your market. The desk replies in writing with matched plants, a spec sheet, certification routes and the reference MOQ.
