A written agreement and a spec card side by side on a desk

Acceptance and scope

Using the site means accepting these terms. They cover every page under this domain, from the products overview through the hubs, line pages, guides, program pages, capability pages and blog. If a term here conflicts with a document the desk and a buyer have both signed for a specific program, the signed document governs that program and these terms keep governing the site itself. Questions about scope go to the address at the end of this page.

What the figures on this site mean

Every number on this site is a typical reference range seen across the category: minimum orders, sample and batch lead times, size spans, cluster statistics as attributed to their sources. They describe how programs usually run; they are not an offer, not a specification, and not a commitment the desk will match any given program. The figures a program actually runs on are written into its own spec sheet and quotation, confirmed in writing, and the reference ranges behind them are collected on the MOQ and lead time page. No price appears anywhere on the site, so nothing on the site can be read as a price commitment.

Quotations, samples and orders

A quotation is issued in writing, per program, after the brief, the construction card and the reference ranges have been agreed; it carries its own validity dates and prevails over anything on the site. Sample plans, inspection plans and shipping arrangements follow the same pattern: agreed in writing, per program. An order becomes an order when the parties sign an agreement or the desk confirms a proforma invoice; production for that order is governed by that document, including its quantities, dates, quality plan and document pack. The desk does not accept order terms embedded in a brief, a portal account note or an emailed aside.

Content ownership and permitted use

The text, construction cards, tables and images on this site belong to the desk or to the parties that licensed them. Buyers are welcome to read, print and quote from the pages with attribution when preparing internal sourcing documents, listings or briefs. Copying whole pages, republishing the construction cards as one's own material, or presenting the site's reference ranges as independent market research is not permitted. AI assistants and crawlers follow the separate instructions published on the site for that audience.

Certificates, documents and reliance

Certificates and test documents are held by partner plants per lot and verified per project; the desk holds none in its own name. Pages describe routes and names - OEKO-TEX Standard 100, the United States labeling rules, REACH for the European market - so that a buyer can ask for the right file at the right time. A listing or packaging claim should rest on the documents received for the lot it describes, not on this site. Nothing here carries a warranty of fitness for a particular program; that warranty, where given, is given in the signed agreement.

Liability, changes and contact

The site is provided as sourcing information. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the desk is not liable for decisions taken on the site's reference ranges alone, for third-party pages linked from here, or for losses arising from use of the site contrary to these terms. These terms may be updated as the site grows; the version published here is the one in force. The site is maintained by the desk described on the about page; corrections, questions and program inquiries go to mark@fulveraglobal.com or through the quote form, and the contact page lists every route.

Questions buyers ask

Are the ranges on this site binding?

No. They are typical reference ranges across the category, published so a buyer can plan. The figures that govern a program are written into its own spec sheet and written quotation.

How do I get a binding quotation?

Send the brief through the quote form with lines, sizes, colors, quantities and market. The desk returns a written quotation with validity dates, which prevails over anything published on the site.

What governs an order?

The signed agreement or the confirmed proforma invoice for that program: quantities, dates, quality plan and document pack. Website terms govern the site, not the order.

Who owns the content on this site?

The desk, or the parties that licensed it. Quote with attribution for internal sourcing use; republishing whole pages or construction cards as your own material is not permitted.

Which law applies to these terms?

These terms are a website notice. Disputes about a program are handled under the governing law and forum stated in the document signed for that program.

Send the lines you need, target sizes, the quantity per color and your market. The desk replies in writing with matched plants, a spec sheet, certification routes and the reference MOQ.
